Rationale

• Background: Voge Pups was a highly anticipated NFT project launched in June 2024 as part of the $VOGE project

• Problem: Between Voge and Venomart, there was somewhere a bug where the Preview field of the NFT was incorrectly encoded

• Workaround: NFT actual JSON and payload (Voge Pup image) was documented here for owners to view

• Refund Decision: We decided to offer full refunds to all minters due to the Preview bug – we do not know how/if it can be fixed by Venomart and/or other Venom NFT platforms – we will continue to reach out to teams/marketplaces
